Shipping
Collections and Delivery Options
COLLECTIONS
You will have up to 7-days to collect your goods after the auction has ended. Goods are safely stored at Auction Chamber premises. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email when your parcel is ready for collection. Processing of orders take 2 business days.
COURIER
We understand a collection is not always possible. Auction Chamber will arrange a quote should you prefer to have your goods sent by courier, alternatively you may arrange with your own courier company to collect. Simply send us a message to make arrangements.
DELIVERY
Often goods are just too big, expensive or fragile to courier. No problem, we can deliver within Gauteng. Simply send us a message for a delivery quotation.
PACKAGING
Want your goods packaged before courier or delivery? This is highly recommended to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound. Simply send us a message to enquire on packaging options and prices.
