This is a rare find! Solid brass reloading tool used to reload 12 gauge shotshells. Although no trademarks found, possibly faded over time but based on research and expert advice it appears to be a Dixon brand. Circa early 1900’s. Excellent condition considering its age. This is an incredible collectors piece for the enthusiast.
