This is an amazing piece to own! Not only does this bird cage have character but it’s an incredible piece from a bygone era – 19th century, and still appealing to the eye. Metal and wood. The wood is dry and paint peeling, and the wire metal has some rust, obviously age related. No bottom tray. The bird cage is sturdy with no real damage other than described above.
