Mason’s Ironstone China was first produced at the Minerva Works at Lane Delph, Fenton. Mason was a family of potters who traded at Lane Delph, Fenton from about 1800 to 1848 In 1813, at the time the patent was taken out the ownership of the company was transferred to Miles Mason’s two sons and became known as G. & C. Set of 10, with no chipwls or cracks.
