An antique copper boiler manufactured by South Africa Lead Works, Cape Town, which is also imprinted on the top. The boiler has a removable tube from the top, with an inlet and outlet for water. This may have been used to melt or cool off the lead. The item has some age related wear but consistent with age and usage.
