A rare find! Made in England is an authentic brass head measuring device for hat fitting. This particular one was likely used in a hospital to measure for nurse hat fittings as its hand marked “Nurses Dept” on the reverse side. The device has some age-related wear but is fully functional. Circa 1920’s.
